❰ ORDERING ❱

πŸ’Ž One of the artist's specialties is drawing from description, which means it is totally fine if all the commissioner sends is a description for the commission. Although, it needs to be detailed and thorough. Having reference pictures are more than okay too!πŸ’Ž The artist can only accept up to three (3) orders from a single person at the same time.


❰ PRICING ❱

πŸ’Ž Please be aware that prices may get updated. There will be some additional prices if the commission has extra characters, details, props, and complex backgrounds. Any complications or drastic changes in the commission can have an extra fee.πŸ’Ž Commissioned artwork for commercial uses will be doubled in price.


❰ PAYMENT ❱

πŸ’Ž Payment will be 100% upfront after the commissioner is satisfied with the sketch. Other methods such as 50% start and 50% finish is also acceptable.πŸ’Ž Do not send payment before both the commissioner and artist agree on the commission details first.πŸ’Ž It must be in USD or PHP and transferred in Paypal or Gcash. The artist will not accept other forms of currencies and payment methods unless agreed upon.


❰ CANCELING / REFUNDS ❱

πŸ’Ž Once the commission has been paid for, there shall be no refunds whatsoever.


❰ PROCESS ❱

πŸ’Ž The commissioner will receive WIPs of every stage such as: refined sketch, line art + flat color, and final rendering. Do not hesitate to ask for more WIPs as the artist is very open about the progress on the commission.πŸ’Ž Wait time can range from a few days to a month. Any delay that will occur that was caused by factors such as school, personal issues, health, workload, etc, shall be announced to the commissioner as soon as possible.πŸ’Ž After the commission is finished, the commissioner can only make small changes to the piece. Any major change such as the background or character design shall have an extra fee.


❰ COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY ❱

πŸ’Ž The artist has every right to the commissioned illustration and can use it on any social media and portfolio. If the commission is specifically made for personal/private reasons, the client can inform the artist to not post it anywhere. You as the client, are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal uses only unless stated otherwise.πŸ’Ž The commissioner is not allowed to make the commissioned artwork into a Non-Fungible Token.πŸ’Ž Proper credit to the artist should be given when posting the illustration publicly. Any alterations to the artwork without permission is not allowed, this includes removing the watermark/signature.πŸ’Ž Do not use the copyrighted artwork to: reproduce, sell, trace, or any commercial use unless agreed upon.πŸ’Ž The artist has the right to retract the artwork if any of the rules are broken by the commissioner.
